Sustainability is the name of the game
As part of our “Uplifting Community” mission, we have developed the Jewel of Iskandar Malaysia, Bandar Dato’ Onn — awarded the Best Masterplan category by the FIABCI (Malaysia) Property Awards 2019 — as a sustainable township with the development of affordable homes. It has a 30.6-acre Central Park that reuses rain to water plants and keeps the neighbourhood clean, as well as specific green areas within the township.
The same goes for our famous sustainable office building – Menara JLand — awarded the Best Green Development category by the PropertyGuru Asia Property (Malaysia) Awards 2018. As the first green office building in Malaysia and Johor, this iconic building is certified with Grade’ A Gold GBI certification and built to MSC specification with a double-glazed unitized emission glass façade that reduces heat emissions by 50%, and GBI-rated mechanical plants to lower electricity bill up to 73%.
To fulfill our “Innovative Solutions” mission, we embodied our sustainable development by progressing towards a digitized business ecosystem. This allows us to incorporate next-level smart home concepts in Bandar Tiram, like artificial intelligence for lighting, public parking and traffic management. Not only that, Taman Mutiara Gading combines beauty and convenience through allowing for natural light and use of natural shade that reduces heat.
